Mesh Mohem (Not A Big Deal):

Nagham Masry’s first album handles a varied context that ranges from describing scenes in Cairo to philosophical matters, as well as addressing the concept of freedom. Mesh Mohem carries an important message as the title of the album, which is positivity and self-determination. In spite of all what the band faced through their career for 11 years, along with the frustrations of getting a record deal and support in recording or releasing an album, Nagham Masry decided to independently release their first album to the public.

The album was recorded, engineered and produced by Ousso, with all tracks recorded at Ousso’s place, while the drums at two studios. Ebn Adam and Tele3 el Sabah drum lines where recorded at the AUC Studio, while the rest of the album’s drum lines were recorded at Sound Design (Amr Yehia). The album’s music is composed and arranged by Ousso, while all the vocal lines are composed by Sherbiny, except for Enta Hor by Ousso.
